When should I look for a successor?

When should I sell?

Even though many advisors sell their practices outright, EmVision Capital Advisors gives you the option to transition over time, team with an advisor, or scale back and work only with select clients.

Do I want to transition to a new broker dealer?

The transitions team provides comprehensive transition support beginning with the initial onboarding and continuing for 60 days post-resignation. Our transitions team provides the advisor with repapering support, preparing and mailing the client paperwork on the day his or her securities licenses transfer to Commonwealth Financial Network. The team also provides the advisor and his staff with a Best Practices call just prior to resignation. Our support involves assisting with account opening and tracking their change of broker dealer request to be sure the direct business accounts network to the Commonwealth Financial Network accounts.​
